Plagiarism ‘Verified’ By Essayfraud.org (owned by essaytown.com)

While plagiarism as an act of other person’s copyright violation has been determined clearly; plagiarism in academic works is still open for discussion. However, some online companies, such as essayfraud.org claim that they definitely found what academic plagiarism is and have started to ‘actively fight against it’ (see post at http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:SarahTeach&oldid=41165407 where someone call Sarah Teach claims: “The only link that I have added is to EssayFraud.org, which is a new site that FIGHTS academic fraud and plagiarism.” (qtd. From this link))

Essayfraud.org’s ‘velleity’ to fight against plagiarism could be actively supported by scholars, researchers, professors, tutors and even students, of course only if it has been clearly done by the company. However, Essayfraud.org’s ‘fair’ attempts have nothing to do with the fight on plagiarism, and some quick research through the Internet companies, which sell essays, term papers, dissertations and other academic works to students show that a lot of them have been ‘verified by EssayFraud.org’ as reliable sources, where students should not be afraid of ordering and buying essays. Of course, the primary ‘reliable source’ which was verified by Essayfraud.org is Essaytown.com which put its logo claiming ‘Do not be fooled’ by other essay selling companies and buy essays here, at Essaytown.com (http://www.essaytown.com/), but if you look through the list of other ‘reliable companies’ where ‘quality is guaranteed’ you will notice that most of their web-sites look unprofessional and have numerous typos and grammatical errors on their pages! Look at these ‘EssayFraud.org Verified’ sites: philosophy-papers.com papers-on-nursing.com cheaptermpapers.net and see for yourself. So the question that arises is: “Why would anyone verify such poorly written and designed websites as ‘reliable’ and ‘100% American owned’?” The answer appears to be at the surface – to be paid by the websites owners for ‘protection’.

Without any doubt, a ‘profitless’ (please note that it is profitless and not non-profit) Essayfraud.org is seeking for new ways to financially support its forum (well, except for funds being taken from Essaytown.com profits from selling essays), staff, etc. and ‘donations’ in exchange for ‘verification of good quality of service’ look very smart.

By the way, the ‘profitless’ Essayfraud.org has been categorized by the Google directory editors as ‘fee based’ (see http://www.google.com/Top/Reference/Education/Products_and_Services/Academic_Papers/Fee_Based/ ) May be Essayfraud.org logo’s claim “Don’t Be Fooled’ worked well on the Google editors…
